Perfect location for access to the sea - yes its a steep walk down ...and especially up, but far shorter than accessing from the village and walking across long stretches of sand. The layout of the accommodation itself was perfect for us, especially being able to section off the downstairs bedroom and bathroom areas to keep wet dogs contained. The property was also equipped to a very high standard. I love to cook and usually have to 'make do' without weighing scales, baking tins, rolling pins etc...but not here - Treath's kitchen was just like a home from home. Finally I must commend the beautiful furnishings, a squishy, luxurious, wonderful sofa, lovely wall art and decorative touches, and some quality cook books and reading material to boot! Wonderful. The showers were very small, but in such a small place it is the best available option. Unfortunately, despite general cleanliness, there were heaps of dog hairs around the whole cottage, especially in the bedroom. Although this was a slight annoyance to us, it would be far from ideal for somebody with an allergy. The cottage was very close to the harbour, with a maximum 5 minute walk to the furthest pub. Overall, we had a really lovely stay, and we would definitely return.
